Baked Brie Recipe

Here is Angela's Baked Brie recipe. If you weren't there Thursday night, you missed out. This was mouth watering...enjoy and thanks Angela!

Brie Wheel from Costco

Mango Chutney

Curry Powder

Cashews

Rub curry powder over top and sides of brie wheel, shake off excess and place in pie pan or 8x8 dish. Pour mango chutney on top (I use Mango Ginger Chutney from Trader Joe's) then cover with chopped cashews. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and serve with crackers or crostini.

Escape by Carolyn Jessop

This month we're reading a book about this woman and her escape from the FLDS community. She left in the night with her eight children in tow.

We will be discussing Escape on Thursday, March 18th at my house (8 pm). I will send an email with my address that week.
